Beauty Without Cruelty Extra Gentle Eye Makeup Remover

James came down for the weekend and I spent it with him - a lovely weekend full of vintage shopping and James! Last week, I reviewed the Tarte eyeliner which I wore plenty of this weekend - love my cat eyes! As mentioned it is waterproof which has been rather difficult removing. I had been using my Burt's Bee's petroleum jelly alternative though I had to tug on my eyes - which I'd rather not do - and it seemed a bit heavy. After the same problem Saturday night I knew I had to find a better solution. On our trips out and about Sunday we stopped by Whole Foods and I picked up an eye makeup remover by Beauty Without Cruelty.

4 fl oz $9 @ Whole Foods
  • 100% vegan-vegetarian: no animal ingredients & never tested on animals.
  • Made with an herbal extract  and vegetable glycerin.
  • Applies easily with a cotton ball & removes waterproof makeup.
  • Leaves no oily residue - you can reapply makeup after use.
  • Fragrance free - truly no scent!

I'm impressed with this all natural makeup remover though I feel it may also be something one could make - it only has 7 ingredients! Though I was in a hurry and needed something in a pinch maybe I'll experiment around. We'll see - it's looking to be a busy and exciting summer!
